Projects

I love when we have ideas and we say a YES to the idea and then it becomes a Project.

A Project is defined as "a series of tasks that must be completed in order to reach a desired outcome", "an individual or collaborative enterprise that is carefully planned to achieve a particular aim", "a temporary endeavour undertaken to create a unique product, service or result".

A Project definitely brings Joy.  I love this excitement when the Idea becomes a Project

I love working on a Project.  I love understanding the outline of the Project and then taking steps in the Project.  I love when completing a Project.  This achievement brings Joy.

Last week we found out it was my daughter’s teacher’s birthday and that she was supposed to be in France for her Birthday. And so an idea to take in cupcakes quickly became a France Party Project where between my girl, my hubby and I, we worked together to buy decorations, make decorations, my daughter made signs and we chose and printed out 35 different colouring in sheets.

I love that I am now working on a business Project with my brother now.  He is an ideas person and I love working together on this Project.  I am keen and committed to seeing this Project come to life.

My other Project that I am excited about, and need to get started on, is the Papa Project - my Dad's 90th Birthday.  The first step of the Project is to start planning the 'This Is Your Life' Photobook for my Dad with 90 key points about my Dad.

I'm also excited about working on children's books - I am committed to this Project as well.  I really want to work on this Project with my children.  I love writing books about my children and I am excited about my daughter being involved in the Project.  I love working together.

In terms of a Project I don't use fancy Project Management tools or spreadsheets or excel sheets or timelines.  I get inspired with ideas, I am led by the Spirit, by God and trust this guidance to direct me.  I am grateful to God for the ideas and Grateful to God for my strengths and gifts to start and complete a Project.  Thank you God.
